Edificio Crucero
Edifcio Crucero is a new construction project in Avenida de Mar in Benalmádena consisting of 33 luxury apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and large terraces. All apartments have a garage and storage room. The spacious kitchens are delivered fully furnished and equipped, with all electrical appliances.
The communal areas consist of a large garden and swimming pool. There is also room for a gym.
This new construction project was built according to the latest technical building regulations. Particular attention has been paid to acoustic and energy insulation. Each apartment has an individual aerothermal system for both hot water and hot/cold air conditioning.
Foundation and Structure:
Foundation based on piles and continuous concrete slab.
Facade:
Perforated brick wall finished with porcelain exterior cladding with a semi-ventilated system.
The parapets of the main terraces are made with precast pieces of polymer concrete, with one piece

Lined fitted wardrobes, with sliding or folding doors.
Modular wardrobes with folding doors from floor to ceiling, veneered in oak or white.
Exterior and interior coatings:
Facade cladding: plaster and porcelain veneer.
Suspended plasterboard ceiling in different parts of the house, at different heights depending on the room, with integration of lighting through spotlights.
Perimeter box in the living room with lighting and sun blinds.
Indoor and outdoor floors:
Highest quality interior floors, light-colored rectified porcelain, large format.
On terraces, the floor is made of non-slip rectified porcelain, matching the interior.
Anti-impact acoustic insulation on the floor.
Floors in common areas (landscapes and stairs) in porcelain.
In the bathrooms and toilets, walls are covered with large-format porcelain.
Sanitary:
Reinforced polypropylene pipes with welded connections.
PVC pipes with acoustic properties in drains.
Pipes for hot and cold water in polyethylene or similar, protected and insulated according to regulations.
Independent shut-off taps for hot and cold water in each wet room.
Water tap on the terrace or in the garden.
Common descaling system.
Air conditioning:
Aerothermal air conditioning system for each home and air distribution via ducts and grilles in the suspended ceiling.
