Edifcio Crucero is a new construction project in Avenida de Mar in Benalmádena consisting of 33 luxury apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms and large terraces. All apartments have a garage and storage room. The spacious kitchens are delivered fully furnished and equipped, with all electrical appliances.

The communal areas consist of a large garden and swimming pool. There is also room for a gym.

This new construction project was built according to the latest technical building regulations. Particular attention has been paid to acoustic and energy insulation. Each apartment has an individual aerothermal system for both hot water and hot/cold air conditioning.

Facade:

Perforated brick wall finished with porcelain exterior cladding with a semi-ventilated system.
The parapets of the main terraces are made with precast pieces of polymer concrete, with one piece
of built-in glass balustrades and planters.

Exterior carpentry:

Sliding aluminum exterior carpentry in stainless steel color from floor to ceiling
Double glazing with Climalit glass with sun protection and low emissivity.

Exterior and interior coatings:

Facade cladding: plaster and porcelain veneer.
Suspended plasterboard ceiling in different parts of the house, at different heights depending on the room, with integration of lighting through spotlights.
Perimeter box in the living room with lighting and sun blinds.

Sanitary:

Reinforced polypropylene pipes with welded connections.
PVC pipes with acoustic properties in drains.
Pipes for hot and cold water in polyethylene or similar, protected and insulated according to regulations.
Independent shut-off taps for hot and cold water in each wet room.
Water tap on the terrace or in the garden.
Common descaling system.

Electricity, TV and telephone:

TV connection in living room, bedrooms and kitchen. Telephone connection in living room and bedrooms. Video intercom for
control and opening of the main entrance. Automatic intercom for gate opening.
Pre-installation for self-contracted car charging point in the vicinity of the parking spaces.

Garage and storage room:

Automatic gates for access to garages.
Fire system.
Individual storage rooms with a white painted finish, numbered and equipped with a metal door with lock.

Bathrooms:

In Suite bathroom:
White porcelain toilet, white lid and seat, with built-in cistern.
One or two sinks (depending on the apartment) with chrome mixer tap. Bathroom furniture, with a drawer. LED-lighting.
Backlit mirror above the sink(s). Shower tray made of white porcelain or acrylic. Fixed shower screen made of tempered safety glass. Chrome-plated shower tap recessed into the wall. Niche with LED lighting in shower wall. Radiator/towel warmer.

Secondary bathrooms:
White vitrified porcelain toilet, white lid and seat, with built-in cistern. Hanging solid surface washbasin. Module under sink, with a pull-out drawer. Chrome-plated mixer tap.
